The down-stairs apartment has a truly wonderful outlook over Waihi Beach towards Mayor Island. The spacious living area opens up to the beautifully manicured grounds by way of two large sets of bi-folding doors. There are two bedrooms, a queen and two singles, plus an optional single trundler bed. The maximum occupancy is 5 persons.
